Overview

Your B2B buyers expect a sub-second, frictionless purchasing experience, but syncing thousands of SKUs across legacy ERPs often brings monolithic platforms like Magento to a crawl. We build custom 'Headless' e-commerce architectures. We decouple the frontend user experience from the complex backend logic. Your users get a blazing-fast, customised React (Next.js or Vite) storefront, while our robust Rust microservices instantly sync inventory, complex pricing tiers, and orders in real time with your warehouse management systems.

What we build

  • Sub-second React/Next.js dynamic frontend development
  • High-throughput Rust microservices for inventory syncing
  • Decoupled headless architecture design
  • Integration with legacy ERP and warehouse systems
  • Complex B2B pricing tier logic implementation
  • Automated e-invoicing (Peppol) readiness
  • Scalable database design for millions of SKUs

How it runs

Three phases, and you can stop after the first.

The assessment is priced and delivered on its own. If the answer is that you should not build this, you have paid for one phase and saved the other two.

  1. Assess

We take the workflow apart and agree what is worth building. You get a written scope, a plan and a cost model — yours to keep, and legible to whoever has to approve the budget.

  2. Build

Two-week increments against the plan agreed in phase one. Every release either moves the measure we agreed on or explains why it did not.

  3. Operate or hand over

We keep running it under an agreed service level, or we hand it over with runbooks, dashboards and a trained team. Both are real options — we do not make the handover painful.

The uncomfortable part

A good half of the work we are asked to quote should be a database query, a rules engine, or a better form.

We will say so in the assessment, at the same price. It costs us a build and saves you a system you would have had to keep feeding.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Two sentences about the product and the constraint. We reply within one working day — with a plan, or an honest referral.
